FRP Bin Specifications

GRB-3000 HD of size- Dimensions L 1.75 x B 1.52 x H 1.37 mtr made out of FRP Panel of thickness 5mm with the interior of the bin finished with additional FRP ribs of width 200mm with 8mm aerator holes are made inside and outside, top and bottom, joined together with FRP lining and SS fasteners. The bottom tank to be of ht 100mm and covered with FRP plates of thickness 5mm with 8mm holes for the Leachate to be collected. The bottom tank is provided with 20mm Ball Valve- 2Nos. The Central portion to have FRP channels with 75mm aerator pipes with 8mm holes supported between top and bottom FRP
channels with end cap.

Composting procedure with MY GREEN BIN

Here’s a simplified step-by-step guide for using our dual bin aerobic digester:

1. Prepare the Bin: Begin by spreading a 1-inch layer of My Green Microbes at the bottom of the bin.
2. Add Waste: Next, add 3 to 4 inches of kitchen waste to the bin.
3. Spread Microbes: Evenly spread My Green Microbes on top of the waste layer.
4. Repeat: Continue adding 3 to 4 inches of waste followed by a layer of microbes. Repeat this process until the bin is filled.
5. Composting: Once the first bin is filled, cover it with a layer of microbes and leave it for composting.
6. Start the Second Bin: Begin the same process in the second bin, alternating its use with the first bin.
7. Harvest Manure: Both bins can be used alternatively, allowing you to continuously produce rich organic manure for your garden.

You can compost a variety of organic materials in our GRB 3000 – 3000 ltrs Bulk Digester, including Cooked food, Uncooked food, Tea bags, Coffee dust, Fruits & Fruit peels, Vegetable peels, Flower waste, Egg shells (Crushed), Paper bits, Garden waste, Saw dust, Ashes.

Things not to go into My Green Bin

• Sanitary napkins, Disposable Diapers, Bandages or any materials contaminated with blood.
• Dry waste: Glass, Wire, Cloth, Fabric, Leather, Rubber, Thermocol, Plastic, Metal, Paper, Wood, Rexine.
• E-Waste and Hazardous Waste: Tube lights, Bulbs, Batteries, Electronic waste, Paints, Cleaning agents, Oil, Aerosol cans, Cosmetics, Syringes, Insecticides, Tablets (medicines), Thermometers.

These items can either contaminate the compost or pose environmental and health risks if composted. It’s essential to dispose of them properly according to local regulations.
